This flooring is not mold-proof, so it is important to follow the installation guides to protect against trapped moisture in high-humidity areas.
Yes. Most SPC flooring features a click-lock installation system designed for floating installation over existing flat, hard-surface subfloors such as concrete, ceramic tile, plywood, and some sheet vinyl.
